AMACO Velvet V-361 Jet Black Underglaze, 2 oz. (59 mL), Cone 05-10 “V” Intermixable Underglaze for Bisque and Wet/Unfired Clay

AMACO Velvet V-361 Jet Black Underglaze is a cool black color that is smooth and velvety at Cone 05, darkens at Cone 5, and becomes darkest black and slightly glossy at Cone 10. Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10. A clear glaze deepens and accentuates the underglaze significantly at any temperature. 2 oz. (59 mL) jar. AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes for bisque and wet/unfired clay have a soft, velour look when left unglazed. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color. Mix to create hundreds of colors! If left unglazed, Velvet Underglazes should not be used on surfaces which come in contact with food or drink. Food safe only when applied and fired under AMACO LG-10 Clear Transparent Gloss Glaze (sold separately). Lead-free.
