A different Hue of Alizarin than Grumbacher's Alizarin Crimson, Grumbacher Academy Watercolor Paint - Rose Madder Hue is a transparent cool pink-red that emulates the original color extracted from the madder root. It is highly fugitive and should not be used in works that will be exposed to intense light or sunshine. Academy Watercolor is a collegiate line of 60 paints at an affordable price.
