Formulated as a buffer to keep the paint and the support separate from each other, while providing excellent adhesion. This is a 1 Liter container of Titanium Buff Non-Absorbent Acrylic Primer for use with both oil and acrylics. For a good neutral surface that is extremely lightfast.
